The rates you pay for a hotel or a serviced apartment room are
often vastly inflated due to the range of services they offer,
as well as high staff wages, and high turnover rate of tenants.
All these expenses have to be recouped from the customers in
the accommodation rates in order to make the hotel or the serviced
apartment profitable.

In a city where space is at a premium, apartments offer a unique
opportunity to stay in spacious surroundings - so rarely possible
in a hotel or a serviced apartment.

3. How about the building renovation? |

The Natural Park Apartment has invested over 180 million baht ot renovate our building.
The room is redesigned adn redecoration to be in the Oriental Contemporary Style.
The building renovation will be finished and ready to move in by mid of June. |

4. What is your security policy? |
| A: |
For security reasons, tenants’ friends, relatives or employees
will not be allowed to enter to the apartment or stay overnight
without the landlord or his legal agent’s permission. All visitors
may be asked to undergo a security search at the discretion
of the security guards. |

5. Do tenants get a direct telephone
line? |

Yes, it is available, and we also provide a leased line Internet connection. |

6. What are the utility fees? |
| A: |
The electricity, water (charged per unit) and telephone bills
are not included in the rental fees and have to paid separately. |

7. Do you allow pets? |

Unfortunately we do not allow large pets like cats and dogs,
but if you have a smaller pet, this may not be a problem and
can be discussed with the manager. |

We provide one free parking space as part of the rental agreement
You can request extra parking spaces as well. |

9. What kind of facilities do
you have? |

We have a large attractive swimming pool, a park with jogging
track, children’s playground and a number of sports facilities,
including a squash room, tennis court and basketball court,
